Intentional Pause

Intentional Pause: A One-Day Midlife Reset

There’s a point in midlife where things start to feel… different.

Your body. Your energy. Your mood.
And for many women, perimenopause brings a level of change that can feel hard to make sense of — even when you know what’s happening.

This is something I see every day in my work.
And it’s something I’m living, too.

Intentional Pause is a small, in-person, one-day retreat designed for women navigating this phase of life who want more than just information.

Because knowledge alone isn’t always enough.

This day is about creating space to:

  • Step out of autopilot and slow down

  • Make sense of what’s shifting in your body and your life

  • Explore what might be contributing to feeling overwhelmed or “off”

  • Learn how to advocate for yourself in healthcare settings

  • Walk away with practical tools you can actually use

Alongside Chrissy Chard, a leadership coach and public health expert, we’ll combine evidence-based education, coaching, and guided reflection — with a focus on helping you integrate what you’re learning, not just understand it.

I’ll be there as both a menopause specialist and a participant — sharing medical insight, but also showing up as someone navigating this season, too.

If you’ve been feeling like something is shifting and you’re not quite sure how to meet it, this space is for you.

You don’t have to figure this out alone.
