Thoughtful, Transparent Care
At Elevated Menopause Care & Direct Gynecology, every visit is unrushed, evidence-based, and tailored to you. For ultimate convenience, I offer both in-person and virtual visits — including several virtual evening appointments each month for those who can’t make it during standard 9–5 hours. Online scheduling is simple, and if you don’t see a time that works, just reach out. Members are usually seen within 1–2 weeks.
Choose between simple per-visit pricing or a monthly membership for ongoing care.
You don’t need to decide up front — we’ll talk through what makes the most sense for you at your first visit.

Kaiser Patients Transitioning to EMC & DG
If you were previously seen by Dr. Mendoza at Kaiser within the past 12 months, you are considered an established patient. You do not need an Initial Consultation.
Please book the Kaiser Transition Visit (40 minutes) — priced the same as our standard 40-minute follow-up.
This allows adequate time to continue your hormone or gynecologic care without paying a second new-patient fee.
If it has been more than 12 months since your last Kaiser visit or you have a new, unrelated issue, please schedule an Initial Consultation.
What to Expect
Your care is always individualized. Some patients feel better after just 1–2 visits, while others need closer follow-up—especially in perimenopause or with more complex concerns. Once things are stable, most people transition to once- or twice-yearly visits.
We’ll always decide together what visit length makes the most sense—so you get the care you need without unnecessary appointments.
Not a one-size-fits-all schedule

Important Planning Note
Most procedures can be completed comfortably in the office. In rare cases, anatomy, discomfort, bleeding, or cervical stenosis may prevent a procedure from being completed safely. If this occurs, the visit and time spent attempting the procedure remain billable, but the full procedure fee will not be charged. Your safety and comfort always come first.
Coming Soon: Outpatient Gynecologic Surgery
Cash-based, affordable surgical care — without hidden hospital facility fees.
In partnership with Smith Medical, I’ll soon be offering outpatient gynecologic procedures — such as hysteroscopy, polypectomy, LEEP (in a surgical setting, not office), IUD placement with anesthesia, sterilization, ovarian cystectomy, and hysterectomy in the context of multiple prior C-sections or significant medical comorbidities.
Because these procedures are offered outside of the traditional insurance system, patients can expect transparent, cash-based pricing without the surprise of hospital facility fees. This often makes care more affordable while still ensuring expert, personalized treatment.
For more complex surgical needs — such as suspected endometriosis or advanced minimally invasive cases — I’ll ensure you’re referred to the right minimally invasive gynecologic surgery (MIGS) specialist for comprehensive care.
