What to Expect
Your care plan will always be individualized — we’ll adjust visit length and timing to fit your needs, not a one-size-fits-all schedule.
Menopause Care
Initial Consultation → Comprehensive review and tailored treatment plan.
First Follow-Up (about 6 weeks later) → Review symptoms, labs, and adjust treatment as needed.
Additional Short Follow-Ups → Many women feel much better after 1–3 visits, though perimenopause can sometimes require closer monitoring.
More Complex Care → Concerns such as libido, sexual health, or breast cancer survivorship may require extended visits or closer follow-up.
Once Stable → Most patients transition to follow-ups every 6–12 months.
Every woman’s journey is unique, but it’s not unusual to feel well after just a couple of visits, then continue with once- or twice-yearly check-ins.
Gynecology Care
Annual Exams → Routine preventive care, usually once a year for established patients.
Contraception → Initial consult, with follow-up as needed for IUDs, Nexplanon, or adjustments.
Procedures → Often scheduled as part of an extended follow-up, with results reviewed in person or by phone.
More Complex Care → Concerns such as abnormal bleeding, pelvic pain, PCOS, PMS, PMDD, or complex contraceptive needs may require extended visits or in-office procedures.
Problem Visits → For new issues, we’ll decide together whether a short or extended visit is best.
The goal is always timely, appropriate care — without unnecessary appointments.

Affordable, transparent pricing for in-office procedures — members receive a 10% discount on all office-based procedures
Coming Soon: Outpatient Gynecologic Surgery
Cash-based, affordable surgical care — without hidden hospital facility fees.
In partnership with Smith Medical, I’ll soon be offering outpatient gynecologic procedures — such as hysteroscopy, polypectomy, LEEP (in a surgical setting, not office), IUD placement with anesthesia, sterilization, ovarian cystectomy, and hysterectomy in the context of multiple prior C-sections or significant medical comorbidities.
Because these procedures are offered outside of the traditional insurance system, patients can expect transparent, cash-based pricing without the surprise of hospital facility fees. This often makes care more affordable while still ensuring expert, personalized treatment.
For more complex surgical needs — such as suspected endometriosis or advanced minimally invasive cases — I’ll ensure you’re referred to the right minimally invasive gynecologic surgery (MIGS) specialist for comprehensive care.
Ready to Get Started?
