Elevated Menopause Care & Direct Gynecology is a direct-care practice and does not bill insurance for physician visits.
We are unable to provide care to patients with Medicare or Medicaid.
Virtual visits are available to patients who are physically located in Colorado at the time of their appointment.
New Menopause & Sexual Health Consultation
90 minutes · $450
For patients seeking specialized care for perimenopause, menopause, hormone therapy, sexual health, or a combination of hormonal and gynecologic concerns. We’ll take a comprehensive look at your symptoms, medical history, previous treatments, lifestyle, and goals to understand the full picture.
Together, we’ll develop an individualized care plan that may include hormone therapy, nonhormonal treatment options, lifestyle strategies, additional evaluation or testing, and a follow-up plan tailored to your needs.
New Gynecology Consultation
60 minutes · $325
For general gynecologic concerns, including preventive care, abnormal bleeding, pelvic pain, contraception, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome (PMOS, previously known as PCOS), endometriosis, fibroids, and vulvar or vaginal concerns.
NOTE: If you also want to address perimenopause, menopause, hormone therapy, or sexual health, please choose the 90-minute Menopause & Sexual Health Consultation so we have adequate time to address everything.
Breast Cancer Survivorship & Menopause Consultation
90 minutes · $450
Specialized menopause and sexual health care for patients with a personal history of breast cancer. We’ll review your cancer and treatment history, current symptoms, and goals, with particular attention to managing menopause and genitourinary/sexual health symptoms after breast cancer.
This specialized consultation is offered by Dr. Jordan Mendoza.
